Prepare, coordinate and facilitate in-the-field training and workshop sessions to all College stakeholders. Proactively establish relationships with Hospital Network Directors, Directors of Physican Education Training and Hospital Administration staff to support and implement information channels between the College and all NSW accredited Hospitals. Enhance the training experience for Fellows and Trainees of the College, through providing information events, one-on-one consultations and larger scale practical skills workshops for supervisors. Collaboration with Health Education and Training Institute (HETI) to address workforce planning/issues. Host annual NSW State Office training events for current Basic and Advanced Trainees, having huge success in the most recent event held in November 2013, with over 80 particpants in attendance and 4 Rural Hospital sites linked via videoconfernce.
