Ice cream shop owner; Former Senior Project / Program Manager | Business Analyst; After many years in software project management, management consulting, business development and product management, I have decided to change gears and open my own ice cream shop. We (I) make the ice cream in the shop for customers to watch. We use whole, simple ingredients and offer a wide selection of dairy, non-dairy and gluten-free options. The shop will be located in Buffalo Grove, IL, and is expected to open in March/April of 2025. In the meantime, I am available for catering, or if you simply want a pint of your favorite flavor. Both will begin in September 2024 from a commercial kitchen space.
