Lulu’s Ice Cream Social is a neighborhood place with 24-30 flavors of hand-crafted small-batch ice cream, freshly made right before your eyes with simple ingredients you can pronounce, which makes it taste better. We also offer home-baked goods and board games to stir up that competitive spirit during your visit. All our recipes start with simple ingredients, and while our base ice cream and fruit will always be fresh, we are not opposed to putting Oreos in our Cookies & Cream ice cream.

Responsible for up to six concurrent digital transformation workstreams for one of Adage’s top revenue clients (bringing in over $1.2M/year to a company with a $13M annual revenue). Manage internal project teams of back-end developers, front-end developers, UX/UI specialists, web designers and strategists while also mentoring new project managers. Main Adage contact for entire client team, from developers to project managers, to senior-level management. Adapt, learn and fully embrace Agile development process.

Manage ongoing iMIS implementation projects including both custom and out-of-the-box tailoring to iMIS website. Often managing two or three large projects and as many as twenty or more small projects simultaneously. Coordinate resources from development and consulting teams in matrix environment. Establish and manage process of development of bridges between iMIS and third-party tools.

As a contractor, defined standards and worked with 52 State Restaurant Associations (SRAs) to import member data into NRA's membership database either manually (via Excel) or via API. Assisted SRA staff to properly prepare and clean their data for maximum effectiveness. Worked with registration team to define and document Show registration processes for various registrant classes (attendee, speaker, staff, groups, etc.). Also assisted with process definition and created documentation for board meeting registration.

Oversee a portfolio of association, association management company and fraternal accounts, building strong and trusting relationships with CSI developers, other account managers and senior management as well as with client contacts from the Executive Director to the database administrator and webmaster. Provide business analysis, user needs analysis, innovative business systems design and product management for .NET websites linked to iMIS as well as custom iMIS add-on products and web parts. Create estimates, prepare service orders, schedule and manage work for entire project team, monitor project progress against budget and timelines and conduct regular status meetings with client and CSI stakeholders. Implement e-commerce solutions, develop and execute strategic website initiatives with clients.

Manage web development, database and information systems groups including a staff of eight (front-end and back-end developers, database support staff and system administrators). Created formal project management processes including Scope of Work documents with formal project budgets. Work with management team for each client to create realistic annual technology budgets. Establish project status tracking methodology in order to understand the full portfolio of active and proposed IS projects including timing, resource allocation and budgeting. Create and issue RFP then select vendor for new enterprise-wide time and billing system. Implement new time and billing software by leading a team of cross-functional representatives, ensuring all business unit needs are met. Assist with training team members in iMIS database usage, reporting and links to other software products. Work with outsourced infrastructure vendor to establish new protocol, server upgrades and consolidation. Continually monitor PCI status with various internal programs as well as monthly vulnerability scans and annual penetration tests. Plan and implement process for upgrading 21 iMIS (CRM) clients from version 10.6 to 15.1 and again from 15.1 to 20.1, the latter including CMS conversion from eCM (ColdFusion) to either RiSE or Kentico (both .NET). Assist with bringing in new clients and evaluating their on-going needs.

Developed and issued Request for Proposal (RFP) for HSI global corporate internet and intranet redesign using SharePoint 2007. Identified appropriate vendors to participate in RFP process. Worked with project team to review and evaluate potential vendors. Developed $3M project budget, including profit & loss impact. Presented business case to Steering Committee, comprised of 5 of the top 9 execs in the company globally. Worked with business owners, developers and infrastructure team to manage implementation of small intranet site as first corporate site in SharePoint 2007.

Established and directed the Project Management Office in a matrix environment. Portfolio management of 30-40 ongoing projects ranging in size from $10,000 – $300,000. Projects involved website redesigns, web services, online forms connected to CRM database, database setup/update. Managed team of 4-6 direct reports including performance reviews. Active member of ITS Leadership Team, making decisions for the department including staffing, department budget, team structure and strategic vision. Project Manager for company-wide implementation of new time and billing system, working with 40 representative users from 16 departments across the company. Actively managed the vendor relationship and frequent reporting to C-Level executives.

Project manager for CRM system implementations for over 30 associations and non-profits. Responsible for managing up to 12 projects simultaneously. Define scope and budgets for all projects. Mentor staff on client management, relationship building and business writing skills. Manage all aspects of projects through entire project lifecycle, plus billing and collections.
