As the Managing Partner of Red Clay’s Energy Services practice area, Beth Kearns grew this business from a team of 2 to a team of over 40+ consultants, while ensuring that all project deliveries were successful and all clients were happy with the overall implementation experience. She also established Red Clay as the go to Meter Data Management implementation partner for Oracle by selling and successfully implementing the first 3 US-based Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management v2 implementation engagements as well as completely developing the concept for Red Clay's SmartGridONE (SG1) Meter Data Management appliance/accelerator. Beth's entire professional career has been focused around implementing these Oracle Utilities products. Prior to leading Red Clay’s Energy Services practice area, she spent more than five years at LODESTAR Corporation, beginning her tenure there as a principal consultant and departing as the vice president of professional services. Her responsibilities included management of the entire professional services organization as well as providing both functional and technical subject matter expertise to individual clients to ensure that they made the best use of their software investment in LODESTAR. Before LODESTAR, Beth helped build the Global Utilities Group at American Management Systems, Inc. prior to the sale of this practice area to Wipro Technologies. The group’s strength in the energy industry was built on providing consulting and systems implementation around the LODESTAR suite of products.When working on an implementation, Beth usually takes on an account management or project oversight role working with various stakeholders to ensure project delivery quality. Beth has extensive experience managing, implementing and leading end to end implementations for the entire suite of Oracle Utilities’ products.

Responsible for project management of and acting as functional and technical leads on product implementations, enhancements, integration and audit projects in the United States, Canada, France, the Netherlands and the UK.
