Beth Koenck, GRILet me tell you a little about myself.I have lived in Rochester, Minnesota for most of my life. I have been selling real estate in Southeast Minnesota since June 30, 2002.My educational background starts with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Education and Health Education from Bemidji State University in 1987.In 1991 I trained in Law Enforcement at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Glencoe, Georgia.In 2002 I completed courses in Real Estate Practices, Laws, Codes of Ethics and Licensing in Minnesota.I carry the designation GRI (Graduate REALTORS® Institute). This assures my clients and potential clients that I adhere to the strictest Real Estate Industry guidelines and ethics.Since 2004 I have been specializing in the sales and marketing REO properties in the Southeast Minnesota areas.
