Event Planning: Responsible for all logistics for the annual ALC event. This includes: route and site planning, obtaining permits, selecting and contracting with event vendors, obtaining and managing insurance, developing the logistics budget, maintaining logistics invoicing, and creating the event production timeline.2. Event Production: Managed all logistics for annual ALC event. This included: mobilization, event upload, orientation day, opening ceremony, route operation, camp sites, closing ceremony and finish line festival, event download and de‐mobilization. Managed and adhered to budget parameters for all event production and logistics. 3. Stewardship: Cultivated and stewarded all in‐kind sponsors for the ALC event, as well as, pre and post events. Worked with ALC Event Director to identify corporate sponsorship opportunities.4. Roadie & Event Staff Management: Ultimately responsible for the recruitment and management of ALC Roadies, including the promotion of Roadie fundraising. Provided leadership to event Roadies, Logistics staff, and all event staff (50+ for a two week period).5. Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervised two Logistics Managers (one based in San Francisco and theother based in Los Angeles). Provided mentoring to the additional members of the Logistics team – LogisticsCoordinator in San Francisco, Roadie Coordinator in Los Angeles and Seasonal Logistics Assistant in San Francisco.Directly supervised any outside contractor’s used for ceremony or special event production.
