Assistant to Engineering department and fill-in assistant for public works.

I was the sole support person for the director of facilities and supply chain. In this role I was responsible for multiple items including but not limited to ordering and maintaining inventory of medical supplies for clinics, facilitating the monthly order of vaccines for the clinics, maintaining and updating forms both internal and those that are sent out for print and chairing a forms committee that met on a quarterly basis. I also assisted with data analysis and management through various Excel spreadsheets, preparing invoices for payment and troubleshooting the online ordering system, I:Manage.

As a department assistant, I had various responsibilities and the job changed from day to day. I was the first point of contact for visitors coming into the pharmacy headquarters and provided a warm, welcoming environment. I maintained several conference room calendars and also calendars for three members of the pharmacy staff. I assisted the marketing program with special projects, especially in the development of the Pharmaceutical Benefit Managment program.

I coordinated programs for youth ages 12-18. These programs were anything from service projects and mission trips, to field trips and lock-ins. I also developed a Confirmation curriculum for the 9th grade Confirmation program. I produced a quarterly newsletter, handled all registration materials for events, attended countless workshops and trained and oversaw a staff of volunteers.

I assisted library patrons in locating and checking out materials. I checked in returned materials and placed them in their correct locations on the shelves. I was on a rotation to empty the night drop on days the library was closed. I helped with mending projects, processing new books and data entry searches in the library database.
