Consulted with management on staffing, performance management, goal-setting, employee and leadership development , recognition, workforce planning, succession planning, team building and meeting management. Researched and delivered solutions for a broad range of human resource and employee engagement issues.- Served as internal consultant for Savannah Electric’s key cultural and diversity initiatives, the Leadership Team and the Executive Management Council.
