Hired as the Human Resource/Safety Manager for the Stage Coach Trail manufacturing plant (75 employees). While on this assignment, performed other duties for the division including Regional Human Resource Manager for the Southeast Region while the incumbent was away. Also served as Human Resource Manager for the Spartanburg, SC powder plant and facilitated the closing of the plant.
