I collaborated with the sales team to market our digital solutions to districts in multiple states. One of my pre-sale responsibilities was to create presentations to showcase our digital solutions. After a sale was concluded, the implementation planning began with all levels of administrators at the district and campus level. Timelines and goals were determined and I presented all training sessions. Continuous support was offered to our accounts via email, onsite or virtual meetings.
