Keen to continue my professional growth, in 2008 I undertook an APM qualification and utilised these skills to transition into Project Management, reporting directly to the Operations Director. As my experience grew and the business’ needs evolved, in 2010, I was requested to undertake additional account management responsibilities, resulting in a transfer to Account Management and was ultimately promoted to Senior Account Manager in 2012.
