Independent Healthcare Project Management consultant - working for Medmatica Consulting Associates. Served as a Project Manager for Revenue Cycle Optimization review, implementation of revenue cycle front end software for eligibility/benefits, authorizations and workflow, and formation of the clients first central scheduling unit. Additionally, served as Project Manager for adding a purchased hospital to the EHR - Revenue Cycle components - for the clientServed as Project Director for an ICD-10 readiness and implementation at a multi-hospital client. Performed Epic system updates to allow for dual coding, physician and user training on ICD10 and CDI benefits, and improved overall communication and preparedness before the government delay on implementation. Created a 5 year IT Strategic Plan for a new health system looking to standardize and consolidate three separate hospitals into one cohesive unit.

Healthcare Revenue Cycle software provider company - SAAS. Provider of front end solutions - from up front collections to auth and eligibilty and back end claims status solutions.Responsible for the integration services utilizing HL7 and EDI to and from client sites. Created a customer care department to service existing clients and their needs including enhanced use and benefit monitoring, upgrades and problem resolution.

Responsible for overall client satisfaction and account management of multiple US based accounts including budgeting, financial (P&L), business continuity and expansion.

Multiple positions including 5 years in consulting, revenue cycle management, specializing in front end (scheduling/registration/insurance verification) transformation to impact patient satisfaction and payment processing days. Three years were spent in Outsourcing managing application services for a large mid western account.
