I am a passionate and experienced audio post producer, and have been delivering top-notch audio content for the last 5 years for clients such as Channel 4, John Lewis, The National Lottery and EE, among many others. > I worked within the four different teams at the company in Melbourne and London in 2017: tickets, lifestyle, dining and travel in order to plan and organise detailed trips, activities, itineraries, concerts or home appointments for clients from all across the globe. > Speaking to members on the telephone or via email, and taking requests from around the globe and setting up new jobs on top of my initial workload. > I was asked to become a member of the Member Benefits team, and developed new supplier relationships with the top restaurants in Melbourne and across Australia so that we can reward our clients with the best benefits possible.> Despite not having much experience with supplier relations I was able to arrange multiple meetings and signed contracts with some of the best restaurants in the city.> I learnt how to react quickly and calmly to urgent problems and some outlandish requests!> I was asked to rejoin the company in London to provide holiday cover for the month of August, where I was part of the Home team. > My contract was then extended until October, and I was asked to join the member activation team, which meant welcoming new members to the service and re-engaging existing ones. > I consistently received positive feedback from our clients on my excellent telephone manner and customer service, and other members of staff who believed that I was easy and fun to work with.

> I worked closely with the two directors of the company to ensure that they had the support they needed to complete a wide range of tasks, including: marketing (producing online newsletters and distributing brochures), social media updates, brand development and organising corporate trips.> I planned and organised every holiday and ensured that each itinerary was perfect for every client. This involved liaising with clients, their personal staff and resort staff to ensure that every need was met. I developed great relationships with clients to ensure repeat bookings and quick last minute favours when needed from staff!> Taken to the resort in December 2015 as a thank you for my work and to learn more about the location, such as insider tips and expert knowledge.> I updated the company’s website on a regular basis, which included formatting photographs and editing text.> Supported the directors with recruiting new members of staff. I also helped to run the training of the resort and new office staff; and organised the logistics of rep and vehicle movements.> I updated the bespoke CRM database on a daily basis.> I organised a large and hugely successful charity event - “The Skiing with Heroes Business Challenge” in January 2016 that supported the rehabilitation of wounded veterans. > The event brought together veterans and business associates for a weekend of ski races and events in order to raise money for the SwH Pain Clinic > I was in charge of organising the flights, hotels, ski passes, logistics, events, gala dinners and transfers and ensuring that this was run smoothly from the London office > I trained the resort staff and provided them with detailed programmes for the event
