  I am involved in all aspects of TAL DOGS LTD. I am responsible for responding to all enquires such as emails, telephone calls and social media messages. I am heavily involved in all customer interactions from initial enquiry to customer after care, providing exceptional customer service throughout. Furthermore, I am in charge of editing, updating and proof reading all material such as pedigree documents, contracts, website content and social media pages. In addition to this I perform additional tasks such as ordering supplies, booking appointments, arranging travel and record keeping. I also manage two employees on a daily basis. I have experience in candidate selection, interviewing, drawing up employment contracts, organising rota’s, wages, motivating staff, discussing performance improvement plans, promotions and demotions if necessary.
