In this role, I’m thrilled to be leading and expanding The Garden for All, a nonprofit organization focused on Fighting Hunger and Growing Community. We provide organically-grown produce to food pantries in the area. Over 240 volunteers give of their time to grow, harvest, package and deliver the very best the land has to offer to those who lack access to healthy, nutritious food.During my previous roles at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center I became much more aware of how hunger and lack of access to healthy foods contribute to poor health and shortened life spans. I'm excited to work alongside community partners who are addressing this need with innovative and accessible programs and services. Outside of work I enjoy a mix of activities, from spending time with family and friends, watching sports -I love the Buckeyes and the Steelers - reading, exercising, and exploring new hobbies. I also like travel adventures with family and friends—a change of scenery is a great way to get refocused and energized.
