After graduating from the University of Adelaide in 2003, I worked as an Associate in the Supreme Court of South Australia and as a commercial lawyer with an Adelaide firm whilst taking a part-time role as a seminar leader in the Adelaide Law School. During my time with the Law School, both before and after undertaking studies at the University of Oxford, I have taught Law of Contract, Property Law, Equity, Foundations of Law, Legal Research and Writing, Commercial Equity, and Commercial Law and the Market. In 2011, I joined the Law School as a Lecturer, and now teach Corporate Law and Equity at the undergraduate level, Selected Issues in Corporate Law for the postgraduate students, and am the Director of the Entrepreneur and Venture Advice Clinic. My research areas include fiduciary obligations, equitable fraud, corporate structures and governance, and business ethics.
