Working Manpower Centre of Recruitment Excellence I work closely with the Management Team to deliver streamline recruitment solutions for internal and external clients. My role also involves assessing the workload and candidate pipeline, producing distributions making sure all staff are aware of their duties, assisting with any queries or questions from the team and reporting figures and pipeline to management.I also take candidates though the screening process and assess their suitability for various roles. Conducting telephone interviews with candidates involves building a relationship, excellent communication skills, listening to the candidates and guiding them in the right direction when answering questions. I have also been heavily involved in the compliance for Parcelforce peak. I have recruited candidates for various successful companies such as BT, Morrison’s, Whirlpool and Parcelforce. I have to work towards SLA targets and build strong relationships with Account teams.
