Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process for total company marketing. Focusing on process improvement, partnered with marketing to streamline the financial forecast submission and created a reporting package for business partners. Works cross functionally with business units & FP&A to ensure alignment.

Responsibilities include developing annual operating plans and monthly projections for our Pace Salsa businesses ($200MM), analyzing and presenting of monthly financial results and year to go projection, developing insights around trends and partnering with Marketing and Product Development teams to analyze new products and create pro-forma income statements and financial models to drive decisions.Responsibilities also include maintaining the monthly projection for the Soup and Simple Meals Market Research budget ($10MM spend), working with Treasury and Canadian Finance teams to assist in foreign exchange currency hedging activities, performing SOX testing reviews.

Managed monthly marketing spend and P&L analysis for Campbell's Beans, Campbell's Gravy and Swanson Poultry. Drove category deep dives and presented to senior leaders. Also responsible for streamlining reporting across Soup and Simple Meal Portfolio.

Maintained vendor relationship for buying steel and aluminum cans and steel closures, a $300MM+ spend. Drove global alignment to leverage our scale and deliver savings. Worked cross functionally on the commercialization of new products and served as a liaison to the business teams on cost saving programs.

Technical expert and commercial lead on packaging and cost saving projects. Created global synergy by collecting packaging specifications & revising manual on best practices which was distributed company-wide.

Worked within the Industrial Engineering department for four rotations (4 months each) as a Co-Op student each.Developed traditional industrial engineering skills including work sampling and time study.
