Executive Coaching is a one-on-one coaching programme using a customised coaching approach. Hammersmith

Designed and led leadership and management training programmes focused on a coaching approach to leadership, how to give and receive feedback and how to communicate effectively with C-me colour profiling. Designed and led ICF internal mentoring programmes and supported staff members to gain their ICF qualification. Achieved the PCC ICF qualification for over 500 hours of coaching experience, 125+ hours of coach training and demonstrating how my coaching skill met the ICF Core Coaching Competencies.Achieved the C-me colour profiling accreditation for designing, delivering, training and coaching clients to understand their communication and behavioural preferences. This results in better collaboration, innovation and decision making.

- Reviewed the effectiveness of National Committee Boards and worked with National Directors and Trustee Chairs to identity and propose new systems and processes- Relationship building with Trustees and Co-optees to improve engagement and ensure they received the highest level of communication and support to and strengthen their impact on the charity - Developed a database with information that would better engage trustees, internal staff and external stakeholders and ensured governance compliance was adhered to - Reviewed, improved and developed the Trustee and Co-optee induction framework - Worked with the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Trustees to coordinate committee meetings and delivered the Governance Action Plan to further the company strategy

The most notable PR gained was a full page spread in the Daily Mail (see attached) followed by a front cover and 2 page spread in Belgravia Magazine

- Project managed a complex city campaign across three cities in the UK and developed a Terms of Reference with more attainable and measurable project aims - Led a team of 10 work package managers in the subjects of communications, media, brand, events, fundraising, supporter relations and partnerships- Reported to three senior stakeholders to bring unity to their ideas and proposed new ways of working to fulfil the aims of the project - Managed the project from ‘scope’ with frequent status updates and learning reviews- Managed the first event with the Archbishop of Canterbury at Coventry Cathedral
