Interested in opportunities to facilitate authentic, open dialogue with the goal of a more empathetic and inclusive work environment, with a focus on intersectional equity.With a background in Customer Service and a history of working in the financial services industry, I am also Skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, Theatre, and Event Management. My educational background in Theatre, and Gender, Sexuality, and Women's Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University make me an engaging and intersectional learner and facilitator. I have a passion for learning and having open dialogue around sometimes difficult topics. I thrive on creating safer spaces for individuals to express themselves and their individualized needs within a community of learners.I am a growing individual open to constructive criticism that make me a better advocate to those around me. I believe in a journey of life-long learning and helping to guide others on a similar path. I champion the use of inclusive language around gender, sexuality, ability, and racial equity through various modalities, keeping different audiences in mind.
