I helped gather accident reports, medical records and billing information. If we needed to file a lawsuit, I was responsible for filing the complaint and having the summons served by the sheriff. After service was achieved, I was responsible for setting up depositions, mediations and preparing the case for trial. From the trial aspect, I was responsible for drafting certain pretrial documents, preparing subpoenas and trial notebooks.
