Beth Resetco has been working in the real estate industry for more than 25 years for architecture, engineering and construction management firms after receiving a degree in architecture from the University of Virginia. Ms. Resetco works closely with senior leadership to define long-range goals and to develop and implement strategic initiatives focusing on multiple practice areas, including federal, commercial office, mixed-use, multifamily, hospitality, higher education, science and technology, and urban planning. Beth specializes in understanding where the market is going to build strategic client relationships and industry partnerships in order to expand or enter new market sectors with a national focus. Ms. Resetco is a member of the national Public Development Infrastructure Council (PDIC) and the Health Leaders Network for the Urban Land Institute (ULI). She served on the Mid-Atlantic Regional Council of the Society of College & University Planning (SCUP), and is a past president of the Northern Virginia Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). She previously was with WDG Architecture for 10 years, expanding the firm's presence in Design-Build and Higher Education, while also focusing on office, multifamily, mixed-use, and urban planning. Ms. Resetco also worked for McKissack & McKissack, which was valuable experience learning about the role of woman and minority firms in the public development process, and for Burgess & Niple, which is a civil engineering and site planning firm, where she gained a better insight to land planning.
