•Primary support for PA-C (coverage support of FNP, and MDs) for all aspects of patient care to include; patient intake/assistance for complete physicals (DOT, adult annual, well child and sports), well women exams, acute care, med mgmt and surgical procedures.* OV Venipuncture, protime/INR, Random Glucose Testing, Sprimetry, EKG•Sterile procedure set up/procedure assistance: laceration treatment, lesion/lipoma excision, and toe nail resection.•Lab specimen collection, processing, submission, and reporting into patient charts.•Procedure scheduling for; mammography, X-ray, CT, MRI/MRA, ultrasound, respiratory therapy and major medical supplies.•Nurse visits: BP check, injections (B12, Depo-Provera, Immunization, and testosterone), venopuncture, and protime/INR.•Phone triage, and med refills.•Implementation of standardized reference tools for back office staff; insurance protocols, pharmacies, out of office medical procedure an processes.

• Patient intake/assistance for complete physicals (DOT, annual and sports), well women exams, new/repeat prenatal, well baby/child exams, and minor surgical procedures.• Sterile procedure set up/procedure assistance: circumcision, COLPO/LEEP, laceration treatment, lesion/lipoma excision, and vasectomy.• On-line and manual lab specimen processing, submission and results management into on-line patient charts.• Procedure scheduling for; mammography, X-ray, CT, MRI/MRA, and ultrasound, respiratory therapy and major medical supplies.• Nurse visits: BP check, injections (Allergy, B12, Demoral/Promithozene, Depo-Provera, Immunization, and Iron), suture/staple removal, telephone triage, and venopuncture.• Creation of standardized forms, and documentation of standard operating procedures.
