  I help people who are functioning in daily living to cope with difficult life events, for example, physical illness, death of loved ones, and relationship problems, ending relationships, moving countries and so on. I also help people live alongside and manage the symptoms of depression, anxiety and other difficulties such as bipolar disorder, eating disorders, and such. As a relationship counselor, I work with all kinds of relationships at different stages of evolving or dissolving. I hold the hope so that the work that needs to be done can be done in a loving and kind way. I am trained in all different types of therapy such as Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Therapy, and Internal Famly Systems Therapy. As a clinical counselor, I have a specialized ability to work with systems such as families, work teams or the family of parts inside of you. And I have experiences working with all ages, couples from different cultures, people living in countries different from the one they were raised in as well as parenting issues. Although I have worked in schools and agencies with teams of teachers and other professionals I now work in private practice and have been in private practice for 20 years.
