I am accountable to the Project Board and responsible for running projects on a day-to-day basis to ensure they deliver the outcomes defined in the Business Case.My responsibilities are:• Implementation of digital solutions that improve and modernise Services in Aberdeenshire Council.• Creating documents to support the implementation of projects such as: Project Initiation Documentation (PID), project plans, workbook, etc.• Report on and communicate project progress accurately to all project stakeholders.• Management of risk and issues.• Monitor and manage project team's work.• Manage and control of the project budget throughout the entire project life cycle.• Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships within project team.• Manage and develop effective relationships with customers and project stakeholders.• Liaise with external and internal suppliers to achieve milestones within scope, time, quality and budget.• Escalate issues to Project Board as appropriate.• Ensure project delivery according to procedures defined within Business Change Team.

Responsible for the deployment, installation and handover of ADTRAN telecommunication devices to Telmex customer across the Southern region of Mexico.Selection of human resources for the execution of the project.Planning and coordination of activities with the operational and administrative department of the client for the development of the project in the established timescales.Constant communication with the team through periodical meetings and conference calls.Creation of progress reports to different stakeholders.On-time completion of project deliverables to achieve milestones agreed with customer to obtain revenue required for each quarter.Closure of project.Tracking payments with the Finance department of the customer.
