• Performed R&D on email deliverability,identifying demographic & behavioural characteristics as relating to a user’s likelihood of complaining• Launched the financial services vertical, bringing it to $1000 daily revenue within the first month

Fraud Valuations• Improved the accuracy of the Value of Decline model by 30% through analysis of test results, better segmentation & improved data sources• Established model governance through documentation, monitoring, quality checks & a whitepaper• Analyzed billions of rows of transactions to create fraud rules structured as decision treesInternet Marketing• Managed the email marketing channel, consisting of 5 monthly campaigns & 7 million prospects• Increased bookings by 20% through data analysis and an aggressive testing agenda focused on messaging,timing, & product optimizations, approval rates, population expansions, & improved delivery rates• Built predictive models to increase response rates and approval rates
