I provide high-quality, early education support to Preschool Teachers, Family Child Care owners and Directors. We work on their professional development and goals they have for their program. I am there to support, mentor and model appropriate practices in Early Childhood Education.

I worked with 12 low income families in the Sacramento county, offering them support and guidance with developmentally appropriate practices for their children, resources for the family, and school readiness activities . Focusing on the interaction between parent and child and early intervention.

I am co-founder in this grass roots organization created in memory of my son Rhett, who passed away in March of 2004.Our organization has grown to be over 2000 members strong, raising money to fund after-school youth fitness programs through adult training programs, community events and volunteer opportunities.

I managed over 65 Salt City Candle Distributors in the state of California.
