The Data Trust Office And Data Literacy Lead
Current•Create and implement a Data Trust Office that aligns with CHOP organizational goals and strategic initiatives with the pillars of Data and Metric governance and standardization, Data Stewardship, Data Quality and Security and Access. •Manage a team focused on end-to-end management of Trusted Data assets and mature the discipline, processes, polices and tools of managing information as a strategic asset. This includes driving organizational alignment around processes and policies, establishing governance councils and evolving data catalogue capabilities.•Establish an enterprise Data Literacy Program to assist the organization to harness the power of data and enable leaders and contributors to read, understand, create and communicate data as information. Upskill data resources to “tell stories” with data to drive meaningful conversations, insights and accurate decisions.•Lead change management and influence cultural integration of Data Trust Office and Data Literacy Program standards and processes.
