For the duration of my career I have been intertwined with government programs offered to the local public. From this experience, I have touched everything from program management and operations optimization to marketing and finance maximization. In an effort to further sharpen these skills, I returned to school and in 2018 obtained an MBA and Six Sigma certification. This continued education allowed me to further specialize my abilities within the government and public administration sector while also broadening my aptitude for business administration and management. I am Six Sigma Green Belt Certified and participated in "The Coaching Way" Coaches training from Tara Mohr.Although I have developed a broad knowledge base, my top 3 areas of expertise include: ✦ PROGRAM MANAGEMENT: Over 12 years of my career has been devoted to either the management, coordination or execution of local government and public service programs. I am equipped to oversee programs from concept to completion with involvement in pinpointing needed programs then developing, implementing, and evaluating them to ensure long-term success. ✦ OPERATIONS OPTIMIZATION: My MBA combined with years in government operations allows me to be an advocate for continuous process improvement. I know that success in all areas stems from a solid operational foundation and I have the knowledge to drive positive change from the inside out. ✦ BUSINESS STRATEGY & PLANNING: Not only can I work at a micro level getting deep into details, but I am also a visionary thinker that can set strategy and drive initiatives. In coordination with government officials at all levels, I have played a part in program, marketing, operations, and finance planning. ✦ COMMUNITY CHRISTMAS PARADE CO-HOST: ;) https://vimeo.com/652698906I love connecting with fellow industry members and others!
