I am a senior marketing and communications professional with over 12 years’ experience across the private and public sectors. An energetic team leader, I currently manage a fast-paced team to deliver complex projects involving myriad stakeholders in a large organisation, providing leadership, strategic advice and hands-on support across marketing, communications, events and stakeholder engagement. Throughout my career I have developed and executed large scale marketing and communications strategies and campaigns for major South Australian brands, events, institutions, and government statutory authorities. I have worked in media and publishing, and also in account management roles.In a former sporting life, I also won a netball premiership with the Adelaide Thunderbirds and represented South Australia in netball at national levels for almost a decade. Post-playing, I went on to work in sports public relations and sponsorship and now coach at a top Premier League netball club.With extensive marketing, communications and events knowledge and experience, and a ‘can do’ attitude, I thrive in high-pressure environments and managing competing demands to deliver projects on time and to budget.I have a Masters in Marketing, a Graduate Certificate in Business (for which I was recognised with Golden Key International Honour Society membership) and a Bachelor of Arts (English & Anthropology). I recently completed a Mini MBA in Marketing with Mark Ritson.
