I am a life long learner who participates in on-going professional development. I completed my undergraduate bachelor of arts degree in sociology at Queen's University in 2024, where I then began my journey in a graduate certificate at St. Lawrence College in human resources management. To support my development in HR practices I am a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association and actively attend events and conferences to extend my skills and understanding of HR best practices. I have several years of experience with project and event directing within Queen's University Alma mater society associations including charitable and student council executive positions. These experiences have led me to be skilled in project proposal and organization, allocation of personal, budgeting, organizational collaboration, and policy reviewal. Additionally maintenance team positions within Queens University allowed me to gain experience within supervising new hires and developing training plans to ensure smart budget allocation and supervision of supples. During my studies at Queen's University my commitment to my education led me to be publish within the Queens University Undergraduate Journal of Sociology, in both the 2023 and 2024 publications. I pride myself on my skills on understanding social and consumer behaviour, process documentation, policy reviewal, organizational behaviour, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
