As a key member of this amazing business start-up, my primary function at RentSafari.com was collaboration and continual assessment and refinement of the business website and processes to create an ideal User Experience for both front and back end users, and to communicate detailed objectives to website development team to bring our vision to reality. Being a start-up, of course each member of our team fills any number of roles as needed, and I had the pleasure of developing my knowledge and skill set abundantly during my time here. Communication and relationships are a huge part of who I am, and I love that I got to support our team during the sales process with new clients, including client events, demos, and contract negotiation. In addition, I've long been recognized for my strength in organization and project management, so it was natural for me to take on the role of new client rollouts and trainings. I thoroughly enjoyed expanding on my knowledge of SEO, Google Adwords and social media marketing campaigns, working hand in hand with our marketing and SEO team to assess the effectiveness of the current marketing campaign and to help shape the direction of future campaigns. I particularly enjoyed diving into the User Experience and bridging the gap between company goals and an ideal experience for consumers.
