I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have a background in civil engineering, law, and business administration.In my current role, I develop training programs and curriculums involving a blended approach, such as life of career programs, new hire training programs, and new initiative deployment programs. I also develop training delivery plans and manage the logistics for pilots, classroom training, and workshops. I use my skills in educational technology, learning management systems, and employee learning and development to create effective and engaging learning experiences for the learners. I also conduct regular reviews of existing programs to ensure that they meet the learner and business needs, and identify necessary modifications or new content.
