I'm passionate about advocating and working for sustainable programs to help the people in Africa.My current organization, Christian Relief Services Charities, oversees the missions for 22 affiliated nonprofits. I am the Executive Director for Bread and Water for Africa . My passion lies with training and assisting the African communities to be sustainable. I successfully assisted an orphanage in Zambia and am currently working on a project in Sierra Leone to assist in poultry project development in a community outside of Freetown .Besides the projects mentioned above, I provide strategic planning, leadership, and vision to drive sustainability efforts of various programs worldwide. My accounting background and education is an asset at nonprofits, and I'm able to manage and oversee all financial reporting, auditing, and general accounting functions.This includes reviewing and implementing new accounting software to be more effective and efficient.
