Active Theory is an award-winning creative web development agency based in Venice, CA. I worked with them when they were starting out to help them setup shop; facilitating business development and growth, assisting with project management, as well as refining pitches and processes.

I managed REDX, an internal team responsible for product innovation, research and strategy. My role included: strategic vision and management for the team and products/projects; business development with both internal and external partners; research and education surrounding new digital technologies and strategies; and working with a multifunctional team to create physical and digital prototypes for new and innovative products

Within this role I was responsible for; overseeing the strategy, design and development of multidisciplinary digital experiences; creating strategic recommendations for both internal and external teams; client and account management and growth; and leading creative and strategic pitches. I also assisted with the development of more efficient product management processes by creating new estimating and tracking tools, working with leadership to implement new processes and providing internal training and support

I worked closely with clients on a local and national scale to deliver results driven strategies and executions within the digital, interactive and multimedia realm. It was my responsibility to follow these executions from initial concept through the production process to deployment and post-campaign analysis and reporting.My previous employer, Gallery de Pasquale, was acquired by Clemenger BBDO in August 2010. My employment was continued at Clemenger BBDO.

Youngbloods is a non-profit committee that connects and supports young people in the Australian advertising industry. I was the chairperson of QLD Youngbloods for two years, during that time our membership tripled and we hosted some of the most successful events nationwide. My responsibility was to lead a group of committee members to grow our membership base and social media following, proactively find opportunities for our memebers and coordinate events from casual networking to large-scale educational panels.

I provided support to the digital team within Gallery de Pasquale, including; managing schedules, completing estimates and invoicing, personally managing the SEM and SEO for our clients and assisting with strategic and new business proposals. Gallery de Pasquale, was acquired by Clemenger BBDO in August 2010, my employment was continued at Clemenger BBDO.

During my internship at SapientNitro I developed a solid understanding of agency life and completed work across a number of roles within account services, creative, studio and production.
