My first job out of college! I started as the Benefits Coordinator and advanced to a Recruiter. I was interviewing over 60 people per week for some time as the company was growing so fast! It was a lot of fun. After 6.5 years, I advanced again to Eagle Asset Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of RJF.
