August 2013 - July 2015:Program Director, Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange for Young Professionals • Managed $1 million grant from the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs to facilitate prominent U.S.-German exchange program.• Mobilized alumni and led a successful transatlantic advocacy campaign that resulted in the full restoration of program funding, following a 50% cut.• Represented mid-level managers in strategic planning conversations following an organizational merger, contributing to the creation of new company-wide policies and culture.
