Direct oversight of a 20-member steering committee that provided executive-level education to Navy leadership spouses. Worked with course instructors to develop new content on mental wellness, personal branding, and DEI. During COVID, collaborated with Naval Leadership and Ethics Command to transfer from in-person to virtual offering ensuring ongoing continuity of this education offering. Work of the steering committee annually impacted 220 Spouses of future Command Officer & Command Master Chief Spouses, 165 leadership spouses supported virtually, and 400 Navy commands impacted.
