-Construction and Design Project Management for National Retailers-Maintain all aspects of a project. Including scheduling, quality control, progress reports, design review and coordination with vendors.-Work with the all parties in the early in the process in order to facilitate the design process with the chosen project professionals.-Work closely with the desgn team to develop preliminary concept drawings and floor plans.-Participate in the proposal meeting to review the scope of work, discuss ways to reduce costs, and provide value engineering ideas.-Oversee the buyout process and to selection of contractors and vendors.-Conduct job site meetings on site.-Conduct progress meetings with operations and the construction team.-Remain cost conscious and aware of every aspect of the project at all times.-Ability to communicate effectively with everyone involved in the project.-Able to juggle many projects and demands at one time with enthusiasm-Creativity through problem solving and thinking outside of the box in all aspects of construction
