• Participates in creating and facilitating strategic planning. Assesses training needs, creates annual tactical plan, creates & manages budget, training effectiveness and change management• Designs, develops and delivers training courses: technical, leadership, process, supervisor, and project management, in addition to webinars. • Provide mentoring and coaching to select employees, including supervisors, High Potentional leaders and Mid-Senior level Leadership development participants• Evaluates and assess employee performance; enhances performance management systems, including competency modeling• Designed, developed and implemented leadership development programs to include: Leadership Excellence Program (LEX) for high-potential employees and Leadership Working Group (LWG) for Mid-Senior level leaders; programs include mentoring, action learning teams, classroom training, and job shadowing• Designed, developed and implemented Career Planning Programs to assess the talent of the company to determine future staffing and employee development needs as well as current leadership strength- Succession planning• Developed mature processes, standards and effectiveness measurement systems for establishing organizational training capability per Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) guidelines, level 3• Facilitated various executive sessions and meetings including leadership development initiatives, talent management, change management, high potential development, career planning, coaching, needs analysis, program evaluation and metrics, facilitation, instructional design, integrating technology in the class room (blended learning), Certified Franklin Covey facilitator-7 Habits Signature course.
