NC Licensed Real Estate Broker responsible for the administrative management including the operating and financial outcomes for WakeMed Property Services. Position is accountable for the integration of the WakeMed mission, vision and values into the performance of all areas of responsibility. Works in collaboration with customers, administration, medical staff, peers, and subordinates to fulfill job responsibilities, meet performance standards, achieve departmental goals and objectives. Position is responsible for managing all rental properties and leased space. This position is also responsible for tenant relations, lease negotiations and marketing of rentable properties in order to acquire new tenants as well as the acquisition of new properties for WakeMed.
