As Assistant Banking Center Manager, I managed daily operations of the Banking Center, ranging from 10-20 thousand monthly teller transactions, ensuring all customers received world class service and associates worked accurately and efficiently. In addition, I assisted the Banking Center Manager in the hiring process. Conducted all interviews alongside Banking Center Manager, reviewing resumes and asking pertinent interview questions to candidates to make successful placements.
