Lead a team of Directors and Managers overseeing the daily operations of Advantix ManagedServices including the Client Services, Client Success, Help Desk, Connectivity and PMODepartments. Focus on organizational development including talent development and career growth, staffing model, and recruiting plan to support service delivery requirements and cost structure.

Provide active direction to achieve Advantix’s corporate strategy by advising on strategic opportunities and alignment, transformation office process management activities, special projects, market, and competitive research/benchmarking, and driving execution. Tackle enterprise-wide, cross-functional, multi-year initiatives to dramatically improve efficiency and effectiveness while drawing on continuous improvement and project management tools to structure and design initiatives.

Engage in projects encompassing all areas of the company, managing the project from inception to completion. Use creative problem solving and group collaboration to overcome project obstacles always looking for process improvement opportunities.

Identify and implement improvements to program including stronger contract language, improved processes, system updates, as well as personnel and vendor selection.
