The TSTC Foundation supports Texas State Technical College's ten campuses across the state, its students, career programs, faculty and staff. The Foundation's purpose is to support the critical needs of students through scholarships, tools, equipment and emergency funding as well as funds to enhance TSTC's ability to provide new and emerging technical programs to support the Texas workforce.

*Developed and implemented an alumni career services department for 100,000+ living alumni*Coached and advised alumni through personal consultation on job-search tools and strategies including resume writing, general job-campaign correspondence, interviewing, networking and making connections with employers*Explored and identified opportunities to engage alumni through mentorships, networking, employer recruitment and internships

*Successfully led the areas of programs, membership and marketing*Generated over $650,000 in revenue annually while balancing the budget for seven consecutive years*Strategically developed and created new programs and initiatives that maintained relevance with core constituencies and ensured the organization's viability*Managed and operated the Blackbaud Raiser's Edge database, which consisted of over 66,000 constituent records*Gathered, maintained and utilized behavorial data on constituents, which was strategically used to effectively generate revenue through fundraising initiatives
