Sr. Construction Contract Administrator- Supporting the Amtrak ADA Station Program

Contracts Specialist, Bids & Proposals to support the Stantec US Federal program. Develops and analyzes labor rates for Federal proposals and contracts.

Manage the full cycle of the contract management process internally with my main focus on a Confidential Transmission Line project. I work closely with the client, project teams, and department leads on accounting, billing, IT, and legal. Provide PM support to assure that project vendors or consultants are staying with their identified scope of work and budgets

Responsible for planning, scheduling and purchasing media for a diverse group of clients. Familiar with buying all mediums including print, radio, broadcast, outdoor and Internet. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Responsible for purchasing over $8 million in media in 2007.

• Studied specifications to plan procedures for construction on basis of starting and completion times and staffing requirements for each phase of construction, based on knowledge of available tools and equipment and various building methods.• Research new opportunities for bidding• Order procurement of tools and materials to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules.• Planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays.• Manage commercial construction projects ranging from $25k up to $1 million • Assist with everything from sale to customer through project completion • Assist with estimating, scheduling, drafting and design, and contract administration • Work with other project managers on team to assist with customer satisfaction • Interacted with customers on a daily basis
