This national role reports to the Business Manager and spans a number of responsibilities, providing support to the wider consulting team and the business owners.Projects – Business Requirements Analysis for new software - evaluating solutions providers, reviewing and comparing products to assess fit-for-purpose, testing of software functionality to ensure effective business transition, writing papers to present findings and recommendations to the board, and subsequently implementing new software and systems. At implementation, liaising with providers, and as internal user support – training staff to use new systems, and subsequent administrative maintenance. User Support and Maintenance –provision of ongoing and ad-hoc training, advice and assistance to staff around using systems, storing market intelligence relevant to consultant needs, facilitation of tender process. As the database administrator, responsible for making tweaks and changes to enhance the user experience and streamline processes. Maintenance of the company intranet and website, trouble-shooter for lower level IT issues, escalating to the corresponding outsourced IT providers and acting as liaison until issues are resolved.Reporting - provision of statistical and financial data and analysis highlighting work completed in market sectors and clients of specific interest, measuring the success of various advertising media, annual market commentary on candidate behaviour as it pertains to job applications, and other ad-hoc reports. Surveys - administering senior executive, board and CEO level performance surveys and provision of graphical analysis and commentary.Search Research – occasional search research support, identifying potential targets to be approached for roles at senior executive and board levels. Health and Safety – ensuring that the business meets requirements for Primary Accreditation with ACC’s Workplace Health & Safety Management Programme.
