- Manage up to 80 HL7 Orders and Results projects and worked with vendors including, but notlimited to: GE Centricity, Allscripts, Athena Health, eClinicalWorks, McKesson, EMA,Greenway (PrimeSuite and Emdeon) and Copia, Starlims, Sunquest LIS systems- Customize client's interfaces to accept client specific HL7 message event types including ORMand ORU messages that are sent via TCP\IP or FTP using using HL7 lower layer transfer protocolfrom client's applications- Lead and oversee project implementation, testing, delivery, and end-user relations for all clientinterfaces from kickoff to post-live support- Responsible for workflow design, implementation and support of various HL7 interfaceintegrations for a diverse client base- Analyze HL7 data, including review of HL7 specifications and identifying required datatranslations and mapping- Work with developers to build logic for HL7 translations- Manage custom interface creation as dictated by projects, researching and creating new softwarefunctionality utilizing in-house interface engine - Troubleshooting databases and interface engine related issues to ensure all user-end related issues are alleviated and data flow in uninterrupted- Monitor and report progress to all stakeholders throughout the project

- Functioned as the project lead for NJ-HITEC’s Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS) Registry which had over 2,000 submissions and yielded $100,000 within 2 months- Received recognition as the top earning team member for Membership Renewal project – brought in over $76,000 in 3 months- Manage and assist over 1,500 physicians in vendor selection, implementation, and workflow design of EHRs in the North Jersey region- Educate providers on Meaningful Use and assist them with attestation, registration, and audit preparation- Conduct analysis on EHR data to ensure physician compliance with Meaningful Use criteria- Liaison for multiple hospital accounts and affiliate doctors for NJ-HITEC- Collaborate with Marketing to develop, prioritize, and execute project portfolio- Proficient in Salesforce CRM- Configuration and maintenance of provider information in Salesforce CRM- Develop and configure various dashboards and reports for different user profiles - Functioned as project manager of EHR Workgroup sessions to ensure provider participation and networking for utilizing recommended software for Meaningful Use. - Discuss with software vendors about Meaningful Use criteria- Designated by upper management to train and manage interns and new hires

- Assisted Provider Service Coordinators in activities that help serve physicians in the adoption of an Electronic Health Record to achieve Meaningful Use- Responsible for educating providers on Vendor Selection and Meaningful Use- Assisted with the registration and attestation of the incentive program

- Worked as Intern in the IT&S department- Responsibility included setting up hand held devices for physicians with MData- Worked with Active Directory and set up email accounts for employees- Shadowed the IT&S Applications and performed maintenance functions- Received training on application programs such as Centricity Perinatal, SMS, and BedTracking

- Choreographed and prepared dancers over 30 dancers to perform in an array of competitions- Helped participate and organize performances at prestigious venues including the State Theater, the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, and former Governor Corzine’s inauguration into office
