With over 25 years of experience in the culinary and hospitality industry, I am a passionate and dedicated leader who strives to deliver high-quality food and service to diverse customers and stakeholders. I have worked in various settings, such as catering, restaurant, national guard food service, and higher education food service, where I have honed my culinary, management, and communication skills.As the Assistant Director Food Services at Cal Poly Corporation, I oversee the daily operations and strategic planning of the food service units on campus, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, budget and inventory management, staff training and development, and customer satisfaction. I also collaborate with other departments and vendors to create innovative menus, events, and promotions that reflect the university's values and mission. I enjoy the challenge and opportunity of serving a large and diverse community of students, faculty, staff, and visitors, and I am always looking for ways to improve and enhance the food service experience at Cal Poly.
