    International negotiations. In only 4 months, I promote the adoption of two WHO governing-bodies' decisions on the health on migrants as well as on the relationship between health and environment. The goal of strengthening Mexican leadership on health matters was achieved, by the coordination of multisectoral teams and my knowledge of international debates on that matters.Leadership. By my initiative, a National Action Plan on Antimicrobial Resistance was adopted to prevent that resistant infections may become the major cause of death in Mexico by 2050. My involvement included the coordination of meetings with representatives of agricultural, health, economic, finance and social development sectors, as well as negotiation one-by-one.Crises management. During my tenure, I conduct several communication crises with non State actors (e.g. civil society organizations, private sector), by providing communication strategies and by mediating between the governmental and non State actors representatives.

I obtained the increase of 40% on the Division's budget in comparison with the previous period (2009-2013) by managing with an strategic approach the human, financial and material resources, as well as, by successfully implementing a performance evaluation system linked with the political goals and targets of the Division.Coordination of multisectoral teams. I coordinated the participation of more than 30 governmental delegations from different sectors; I was responsible for both the logistical arrangements, as well as the conceptual preparations for their participation.Mediation. I successfully coordinated the participation of the Mexican delegation to the VII Conference of the Parties of the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (New Delhi, India, 2016), by appropriately including the positions of both governmental and civil society representatives in the Mexican statements read during the Conference.Design and Evaluation of Public Policies. I was the Division's responsable for the design of the new budgetary/public policy program implemented in 2016, in the context of the Zero Base Budget initiative launched by the Ministry of Finance. The new program included the policy priorities, aligning the activities of every Division under the responsibility of the Office of the Undersecretary for Multilateral Affairs.
