Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Translate insights into actionable strategies and initiatives.• Goal Setting and OKR Management: Set performance goals and objectives and align with business priorities. Monitor progress, provide guidance, and ensure timely achievement of key results, regularly communicating updates to key stakeholders.• Systems and Automation: Leverage strong knowledge of talent acquisition systems and automation to optimize talent acquisition and onboarding processes to enhance candidate’s and manager’s experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and streamline TA systems and processes.• Reporting and Analytics: Advanced reporting and analytics skills used for data driven storytelling and insights to influence business decisions and establish credibility as a trusted Talent advisor.
