As a Managing Director at Accenture, I support my clients as they transform their HR and Finance functions and digitally enable their business through cloud-based solutions, such as Workday and ServiceNow. Specifically, I help organizations develop their plans and resource requirements as they prepare for transformation, lead teams in implementing change, and advise on how to unlock continuous value within the HR and Finance functions and tools. I also continue to play an active role in advising clients on preparing detailed Change Management strategies to enable their transformation programs.From 2022 - 2024, I was responsible for Accenture's Workday projects and people development within the U.S. South region. Starting in late 2024, I am now responsible for our Workday projects in the Consumer Goods and Services, Travel, Retail, and Life Sciences industries.

As a Change Management Lead, I led teams to successfully plan for and deliver Change Management activities for large-scale global software roll-outs (primarily Workday), process redesign, and organizational transformations. Specific areas of focus include: learning design/development/delivery, creative communications and engagement, change measurement, and leadership and stakeholder management.In addition to client delivery, I served as Accenture's Global Workday Change Management Community of Practice Lead where my responsibilities included managing the people, assets, and offerings that we bring to our clients for their change initiatives enabled by Workday.

As a Change Practitioner, I helped clients deliver to their project outcomes by developing communications, delivering change networks, and developing training/learning materials.

As a Communications Intern, responsibilities focused on developing project management and communication skills. I developed and presented communication strategy and budget analysis for non-profit organization. Additionally, I was responsible for analyzing survey results from 267 clients and developed 12 best practice case studies, which served as internal benchmarking tools that increased associate knowledge of effective communication practices.
